THE INSTITUTIONALIZATION JOURNEY OF TOSUNOGLU TEXTILE
The pandemic was one of the 10 disasters that would ultimately befall us. We did not panic. We turned this pandemic period into an opportunity to improve our Institutionalization Journey and Systematicism. We searched for answers to 4 questions in our institutionalization journey. Our first question was "Where are we?" In this direction, we held the Search for Perfection Meeting with a wide participation. Then, we measured our employee satisfaction and interdepartmental satisfaction, our leadership approach and customer satisfaction with 360 Degrees Leadership Feedback Inventory. Because we believe that things that cannot be measured cannot be managed. Then we performed function analysis, process analysis and business analysis.

Our second question was "Where do we want to be?" In this direction, we determined the Vision,Mission,Basic Values and Ethical Principels,which were shared with wide participation ,and Clarified the Elements of Corporate Culture.

Our Vision: To be the color of generations ,adding value to people’s souls and ecological cycle by producing utopian thoughts in every field that is life.

Our Mission: For those who want to reflect pleasure and comfort in different living spaces, we blend ecological and technological textile products with original design and universal trends, and produce them with the principle of sustainability with our competent employees.

We have established management policies, strategic goals, critical success factors and company goals in line with the determined corporate culture elements.

Our third question was "How do we get where we want to be?" First of all,the Company Organization had to be clarified. Our company which determines the organization of the future, and clarified the job descriptions. We have commissioned the human resources competence dictionary, job evaluation, wage system, selection and placement, training management, career management system into an integrated manner. We established the Budget Management System for our entire company.

Our 4th Question was “How Do We Track Our Success and Performance and Make it Sustainable”. In this direction, we have implemented a target and competency-based performance evaluation system that can work in integration with all HR Processes we have established. We narrowed the targets down to individuals. We clarified our meeting and reporting system, our social rights and our authorization limit system. We have determined all our human resources regulations and human resources activity calendar, including the honoring and rewarding systematic, and put them into practice by paying attention to the pandemic conditions.
